I was born in Tehran, Iran in 1969 and moved to Germany in 1993 and have been living in Fredericksburg, Virginia, USA since 2025.

After studying Architectural Restoration of historical buildings and interior design in Cologne-Germany, I taught and worked in the same field and currently I am working in my art studio.


Photography:

In 1985, I completed a one-year course of traditional analog photography in Tehran (Iran-e-Ma Academy). As of 2007, I have mainly been working with digital photography and studied at VHS in Cologne-Germany. From 2013 to 2016 I was an assistant to German art Photographers Anna and Bernhard Blume in Cologne,Germany.

The focus of my works is on everyday scenes of live, people and abstract objects.


Sculpture:

Sculptures are my specialty and I have worked with multiple materials using various techniques, to create new sculpted pieces and discover the effects of different forms of expression.
